Brisbane Boxing West End

Brisbane Boxing West End is a traditional boxing center with a rich history dating back to 1991. Founded by Harry Costi and Paul Rees, it was refreshed in 2010 by the Nasir brothers while retaining its heritage.

The gym offers a variety of classes, including CardioBox combining boxing techniques with HIIT training, tailored to different fitness levels. Experienced trainers provide modifications for beginners and advanced boxers, creating a supportive environment for all.
