Description
The Kamienczyk Waterfall Trail is a scenic route leading to the highest waterfall in the Polish Karkonosze Mountains. The 27-meter cascade falls in a spectacular gorge with vertical walls reaching 30 meters high.
The trail is about 1.5 kilometers long and can be covered in about 20 minutes. The path leads through a shady forest, making the hike pleasant even on hot days.
For the brave, there is a descent down a metal staircase into the canyon and a walk on a platform mounted against the canyon wall. Mandatory helmets add to the hike as a true mountain adventure.
