Ähtäri Zoo

Ähtäri Zoo is Finland's second largest zoo, spread over 60 hectares of picturesque grounds.

It is home to more than 300 animals representing more than 60 species, including bears, lynxes, wolves, snow leopards and the famous giant pandas. The zoo is famous for its spacious enclosures that mimic the animals' natural habitat.
