Westpark

Westpark is a 60-hectare urban park in Munich, designed for the 1983 International Horticultural Exhibition.

It's a place to marvel at diversity - you'll find a rose garden with 20,000 roses, a fascinating East Asian complex with Chinese and Japanese gardens, a Thai hall with a 9-meter tall Buddha statue and a Nepalese pagoda.

The park also offers a natural stone amphitheater where summer cinemas and cultural events such as the 'Kino, Mond und Sterne' festival are held. Numerous beer gardens, barbecue areas and sports areas ensure that there is something for everyone.
