Rifugio Vipiteno

Rifugio Vipiteno is a charming mountain hut located in the picturesque Val di Vizze valley in the Dolomites.

The trail leading to the chalet offers unforgettable views of the surrounding peaks, including Drasbergspitz and Monte Grande. During the 5-hour, 12.2-kilometer hike, you'll overcome an elevation difference of 964 meters, passing through blooming alpine meadows full of mountain roses and grazing goats.

The wooden chalet at an altitude of 2344 m is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding trails. Be sure to bring provisions, as there are no refreshment facilities along the route.
