Description
Benchakitti Park is a green oasis in the heart of bustling Bangkok. Spread over 72 hectares, the park offers a central lake where swan-shaped boats can be rented, and scenic paths for running and cycling.
A unique feature of the park is the elevated walking paths through the wetlands, which act as a natural wastewater treatment system. The park is especially beautiful at sunset, when the illuminated paths create a magical atmosphere.
For the active, there are sports fields, an outdoor gym and ramps for skateboarders.

The entire area is beautifully maintained—trees, flowers, grass, and landscaping all look lush and well-kept 🌿🌺.
The construction and layout are thoughtfully done 🧱✨.
It’s a popular spot for running, exercising, or just taking a relaxing walk 🚶♂️🏃♀️, and despite the crowd, the space never feels cramped. The running track is excellent—long enough for serious training—with clearly marked lanes and smooth surfaces 🏃♂️🛤️.
There are designated zones for activities, picnics, and even creative hangouts, making it ideal for a wide variety of people and purposes 🎨🧺🤸. Plenty of unique photo spots are scattered throughout, with both charming natural views and trendy urban vibes 📸🌇.
On a good-weather day, especially in the morning or late afternoon, the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic 🌤️💖.
Jas Lee3 weeks agoLovely park, beautifully cleaned and well maintained. Separate walking and running tracks around the entire park. Cute boats to pedal along for hire. Ample benches and shaded seating around the park. Nice public fitness equipment available. Toilets are clean with toilet paper and soap provided.

Stepping into this park is like entering a botanical wonderland. Without a doubt, it's one of the most beautiful parks I've ever had the pleasure of visiting, and it has firmly cemented itself as my absolute favorite green space in all of Bangkok.
What truly sets this park apart is its incredible diversity of plant life. Every visit is a journey of discovery, with so many different types of plants to admire, from towering trees to delicate blossoms. For a plant enthusiast like myself, it's an absolute paradise. We primarily come here to immerse ourselves in the sheer beauty and variety of the flora, and it never disappoints. The meticulous landscaping and evident care for the plant collections are truly commendable.
