Hackney City Farm

Hackney City Farm is a unique place with a rich history dating back to 1984. Previously, the area was occupied by farmers, gardeners and even a brewery that operated until the 1930s. Today, it's a bustling urban farm with ducks, pigs, goats, donkeys and many other animals.

The place offers not only contact with animals, but also educational experiences for whole families. The grounds include a garden with fruit trees, a tree nursery with a butterfly house and the award-winning Frizzante Café. The farm also serves as an alternative school for youngsters.
