avatarVicky Klosa month agoThe Waterfall Festival was an absolutely fantastic experience – I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel real connection and unity through music. The location was stunning, deep in the jungle and the atmosphere was something truly special. The crowd was friendly and full of positive energy – there weren’t many overly drunk people, just a lot of happy, open-minded individuals dancing and enjoying the moment. One of the highlights was the main stage right at the entrance – beautifully designed, with great sound and a truly magical vibe. The main-act DJ, Chicago 1200 Microgramms, (who is 90 years old!) played an incredible two-hour set that had the entire crowd dancing non-stop. You could tell he was completely in tune with the energy of the people – it was intense, emotional, and unforgettable. This is not a mainstream event – and that’s what makes it so special. Over the course of the night, I barely took any photos – not because there wasn’t anything to capture, but because I was fully immersed in the music and the moment. And I wasn’t the only one. You could see others doing the same – putting their phones away, connecting with the music and with each other. That kind of atmosphere is rare. Drink prices were fair – especially water, which was 50 baht for 0.5 liters. That’s a reasonable price considering the heat, the dancing and the remote location. Compared to other festivals that showed real consideration for the guests. There were plenty of seating areas throughout the festival grounds, including hammocks and a community space – perfect for relaxing between sets. The fire dancers added to the magic of the night. There were enough toilets, spread across the area, and the whole event felt thoughtfully and respectfully organized. This festival had real soul. If you love music that moves you – not just rhythmically, but emotionally – and if you’re looking for connection over hype, this is the place. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Truly unforgettable.
avatarhelena coombea month agoThis was one night we didn't plan for but decided on the day we got here that The Waterfall Festival, on the same night, was a must do... How right were we! 4 stages, 1 with a pool! All different genres of music to suit all tastes. The drink prices were good. The atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and happy. Mixing, dancing, and laughing with all sorts of people. Dancing in the warm rain, music playing, lights flicking, was magical. Taxis will take you there, and there were lots of them around to take you home again, too. Cheap prices. Don't miss it!! We got there just after 9pm. so we could venture around and check it out before it got really busy. 1000bt on the door + free drink. Worth it!! I dis eat some chicken fried rice, and it was very good.. Oh! Also, illuminated body painting. As you walk into the festival. Is a must!
avatarAna Mg6 months agoGetting to this festival is an adventure in itself! The road leading here demands careful driving, but once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it. Nestled in the heart of nature, the location is simply breathtaking. The festival site features three stunning natural pools, all filled with clear waterfall water—perfect for cooling off during the day. Music lovers will be thrilled with the setup: three stages already in full swing, with a fourth currently under construction. Even during the daytime, the atmosphere is incredible—good vibes, beautiful surroundings, and a seamless blend of nature and music. The festival organizers and owners are welcoming and genuinely add to the charm of this hidden gem. If you’re looking for a festival that feels like an escape into paradise, this is it. Highly recommended!
