Victory Monument is an impressive historical monument commemorating Germany's victory in the Franco-Prussian War of 1871.
Designed by sculptor Karl Friedrich Moest, it was made of French cannon barrels, giving it a symbolic meaning. Atop the monument is a statue of Victoria, the goddess of victory, holding a laurel wreath.
