Vela draga

Vela draga is a spectacular canyon located on the western slopes of Učka Mountain in Croatia. This unique natural monument impresses with impressive limestone pillars 50-90 meters high, which were formed more than 140 million years ago.

The site offers 67 climbing routes of various difficulty levels (from 4a to 7c+), making it a paradise for climbing enthusiasts.

It's also worth walking the 2-kilometer educational trail, which leads along the canyon's edge and allows you to learn about the site's fascinating geological history. Information boards in four languages explain the processes that shaped this unique landscape.
