Lava Point Campground is an intimate campground in the heart of Zion National Park, offering just 6 primitive camping sites. It's an ideal base camp for lovers of wilderness and quiet.
The campground provides basic amenities: picnic tables, fire pits and toilets, but there is no access to water - you must bring it with you.
The campground offers breathtaking views of the Golden Valley, and surrounding trails, including the famous 'The Subway' and West Rim Trail, lead to some of the most beautiful parts of the park. In the evening, you can enjoy the starry sky without light pollution.
