Description
Neutaconkanut Hill Conservancy is the highest point in Providence, rising 296 feet above sea level. This 88-acre green space offers scenic hiking trails of varying difficulty, ideal for nature and outdoor enthusiasts.
The hill offers panoramic views of the city and nearly a quarter of the state. During the walk you can admire unique geological formations, natural springs, streams and diverse flora and fauna.
It's a great place for birdwatching, picnicking in nature or simply relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Well-marked trails and available maps allow you to explore the charms of this unique corner of nature on your own.
