Description

St. Peter's Catholic Church is one of the oldest churches in Chicago, founded in 1844 by German immigrants.

This neo-Gothic architectural gem impresses with its two towers reaching 198 feet, beautiful stained glass windows and a cradle vault. The interior is decorated with marble columns, mosaics and an impressive main altar with a large stained glass window depicting the life of St. Peter.

The church is not only a spiritual center for Catholics, but also a tourist attraction due to its historical significance and architectural value.
