Description
The Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii is the oldest Italian-American church in Chicago, founded in 1911. This unique monument combines the spirituality and rich cultural heritage of the Italian-American community.
The temple impresses with its original architecture with restored stained glass windows, marble finishes and terracotta floors. Dedicated to Mary, Queen of the Rosary, it is a center for spiritual growth and hospitality.
