Jolly Old Timers

Jolly Old Timers is a historic bar with nearly 60 years of tradition, founded in 1958 by 51 men at the Gotham Hotel in Detroit.

Located in the basement of a Victorian house in the Midtown neighborhood, it offers a unique atmosphere with rustic decor. During the day it functions as a coffee shop, and in the evening it turns into a cozy no-screen bar, serving French wines, cocktails and soft drinks.

In the evenings, you can often enjoy live jazz or a DJ playing music from vinyl records, making this the perfect place for a date or social gathering.
