Steinsdalsfossen

Steinsdalsfossen is a spectacular waterfall in the Hardanger region that impresses with a 50-meter water fall. Its unique feature is the ability to walk behind the cascade of water without getting wet - a path leads behind the waterfall, offering an amazing experience and perspective.

The site was a favorite spot of Kaiser Wilhelm II, who visited almost every summer between 1888 and 1918.

The vantage point offers a stunning panorama of the Steinsdalen Valley and the surrounding mountains, making it a paradise for photographers and nature lovers. The waterfall is wheelchair accessible.
