Parco Grotte del Caglieron

Parco Grotte del Caglieron is a fascinating park combining the wonders of nature and the works of man. A narrow gorge carved by the Caglieron River offers breathtaking views of waterfalls and lush vegetation.

Suspended paths and bridges lead through artificial caves that were once used to mine sandstone. Of particular interest is the San Lucio Grotto, where local cheese is ripened.

The park also features a restored old mill, which now functions as a restaurant, and a Stonemason's Museum commemorating this ancient craft.
