Genghis Khan Square

Chengis Khan Square is the largest square in Inner Mongolia, covering an impressive 23 hectares.

Its centerpiece is a majestic statue of Genghis Khan galloping on horseback, symbolizing the region's rich history and heritage.

The square is divided into seven thematic zones, presenting different aspects of the great leader's life and Mongolian culture.

In the evenings, the place is bustling with activity - you can enjoy locals dancing in the square, ride go-karts or take part in traditional Mongolian Nadaam festivals with demonstrations of horseback riding, archery and wrestling.
