La Vica

La Vica is a charming hiking trail located in the protected landscape of Las Lagunetas, Tenerife.

The trail leads through an enchanted forest, where the branches of the trees form a natural canopy that provides a pleasant coolness even on hot days. The trail of medium difficulty (about 2 km) leads through one of the best-preserved monteverde forests on the island.

During the hike you can admire rare plant species endemic to the Macaronesian region, as well as historic cobblestone paths connecting ancient settlements. The trail culminates at the La Vica viewpoint offering breathtaking panoramas.
