Eifelsteig - Etappe 01 is the fascinating first stage of the famous hiking trail, leading from Kornelimünster to Roetgen.
The route winds through the picturesque Inde Valley, the Struffelt Heide moors and past the Dreilägerbachtalsperre Dam, offering diverse landscapes and a wealth of flora.
During the hike you can admire the historic Itertal stone viaduct and the remains of the 'dragon's teeth' fortification from the Siegfried Line era.
