Eden Gardens

Eden Gardens is a unique community garden in the heart of Detroit that was created through the involvement of the local community. It occupies three vacant lots transformed into a vibrant space full of a variety of fruits and vegetables, such as lettuce, onions, cabbage and strawberries.

The garden features a wooden structure designed to collect and reuse rainwater, supporting the city's green initiatives.

It's a place where residents can work together, learn about gardening and build community ties. Here, children have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of growing plants, and adults can find a moment of respite among the greenery.
