The Haitian American Museum of Chicago

The Haitian American Museum of Chicago is a unique place dedicated to the culture and art of Haiti. One of only two Haitian museums in the entire United States, it offers more than 2,500 square feet of space filled with fascinating exhibits.

Interactive labels and an oral history platform allow visitors to immerse themselves in Haiti's rich culture. The museum also hosts Creole language courses and lectures to deepen knowledge of Haitian heritage.

Accessible to people with disabilities, it provides a cultural hub for the Haitian community in Chicago and throughout the Midwest.
