Description
Frontier Homestead State Park Museum is a fascinating journey back in time to Utah's pioneering and early industrial history.
The museum offers an extensive collection of horse-drawn carriages, historic buildings and artifacts, including the oldest house in Cedar City and the fifth oldest building in Utah dating back to 1851.
Interactive programs and hands-on activities, such as Sheep-to-Shawl and Iron Mission Days, allow visitors to experience firsthand the lives of pioneers. Through a 60-point audio tour, visitors can learn about the history of trains, tractors and stagecoaches of the era.
