Description

St Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church is a historic Polish church in Chicago, completed in 1881. Designed in the Renaissance style, it hides real treasures of art - a painting by Tadeusz Zukotinsky over the altar, stained glass windows by F.X. Zettler and chandeliers from the studio of Louis Comfort Tiffany.

One of the most unique features of the church is the iconic 'Our Lady of the Sign - Ark of Mercy' monstrance - one of the largest in the world, attracting the faithful for 24-hour Eucharistic adoration. The doors of the church are never closed, making it a unique place for spiritual reflection at any time of the day or night.
