Islote de cofete

Islote de Cofete is a remarkable spot on the southwest coast of Fuerteventura's Jandía peninsula. This wild, golden beach stretches for more than 12 kilometers, offering breathtaking views of reddish volcanic mountains and the intense blue of the Atlantic.

The 27-kilometer drive can be a challenge, but the reward is well worth the effort. From the vantage point of Mirador de Cofete, 231 meters above sea level, there is a panorama that will long be remembered.
