Bodegas Ysios (Ysios Winery) is a true gem for wine and architecture lovers. Designed by the famous Santiago Calatrava, this unique winery impresses with its avant-garde design, whose undulating roof mimics the surrounding Sierra Cantabria mountains.

The 75 hectares are planted with 30-35 year-old Tempranillo vines, growing on clay and chalky soil, which provides excellent drainage and ventilation.
