Bordon Wines

Bordon Wines is a family-owned, organic winery in Slovenian Istria whose history dates back to 1985, when Ivan Bordon was the first private winemaker in the region to introduce his brand of wine.

Today, son Boris and grandson Jan continue the tradition, specializing in producing organic wines from local grape varieties such as Malvasia, Refošk and Muskat.

They offer guests not only wine tasting combined with typical Istrian delicacies and their own olive oil, but also the opportunity to stay overnight in a stylishly furnished apartment. The property also features a partially renovated old mill turned into a museum.
