Aphrodite's Rock is one of the most magical places in Cyprus, shrouded in legend about the birth of the Greek goddess of love. According to mythology, Aphrodite emerged from the sea foam at this very spot when the genitals of Uranos, thrown into the sea by Kronos, fertilized the waves.
