Restaurant Ekstedt

Restaurant Ekstedt is a unique place in Stockholm where traditional Nordic cooking techniques meet modern dish presentation. Chef Niklas Ekstedt uses only fire, smoke and cast iron pans - no modern electrical appliances.

The tasting menu consists of four to seven courses that highlight the richness of Scandinavian flavors and seasonal ingredients. Dishes such as hay-grilled duck and flambadou entrecote with oysters delight not only in taste, but also in appearance.

The sleek, modern interior with an open kitchen allows you to watch the chefs working by the fire, which adds a unique touch to the whole dining experience.
