Katerina Yermolitskaya3 weeks agoWe had a pleasant stay at this resort. Outdoor pool area is lovely with gorgeous views and our child really enjoyed the water slides. Pool service was excellent.
But over all the experience is a bit lacking and overpriced. 800 euro / night will get you a room with a view to a parking garage roof. Hotel hallways look like hospital with very basic decor. Food was good, but nothing memorable. Lobby is huge, but not cozy. Design is a bit all over the place. Smoking in the wellness areas should be forbidden, especially by the family pool. We had to leave twice because some guy was smoking a cigar (which also takes a while). In summary: don’t regret visiting, will not be coming back.
Viviana Kalmara month agoHotel is very beautiful, very clean and the staff was very good but when we came the smell was awful but later we found out that they fertilize meadows. We found out later that this was a prohibited way of fertilizing grass. The smell got into our room and we couldn't sleep because of the smell. I think that the hotel with 5 stars couldn't allow to spray into the air because it spoils the whole impression.
