Description
Presepe di Manarola is the largest Christmas nativity scene in the world, lighting up the picturesque hills of the Italian town of Manarola in the Cinque Terre region.
This impressive installation consists of more than 300 illuminated figures connected by seven miles of electrical cables.
Launched in 1961 by Mario Andreoli with just three lights, today it is a spectacular symbol of local tradition and community spirit.
Every year from December 8 to the end of January, the nativity scene lights up the town, attracting tourists from all over the world with its magical glow and remarkable story.
