Pragser Wildsee

Pragser Wildsee is the largest natural lake in the Dolomites, stunning with its turquoise waters and majestic landscape.

Located at 1,496 meters above sea level and surrounded by spectacular peaks, it is part of a UNESCO site. In the summer, you can rent a rowboat and admire the mountains reflected in the water's surface, or walk the 2.3-kilometer trail around the lake.

In winter, the frozen surface turns into an arena for curling competitions, and the surrounding trails are ideal for snowshoeing. A charming chapel dating back to 1904 adds a historic touch to the place.
