Therapeutic Garden @ HortPark is Singapore's first public garden designed to improve mental health. Divided into two zones - Regeneration and Activity - it offers a unique experience for visitors.
The Regeneration Zone provides solace and rehabilitation, with distinctive landmarks and benches facing different directions. An abundance of plants with a variety of colors, textures and scents stimulate the senses, while water features and wind chimes complete the experience.
The Activity Zone offers therapeutic programs using plants and nature. It is the perfect place for those seeking respite and well-being.
