Hiking route "a path for everyone"

Hiking route 'a path for everyone' is a unique hiking trail in Madeira, designed with accessibility for all, including people with mobility and visual disabilities.

The trail, approximately 1.8 kilometers (2,500 steps) in length, leads through the lush Laurissilva forest, offering breathtaking views and the opportunity to interact with the island's unique wildlife.

The trail is ideal for families with children thanks to its short length and easy terrain. It begins at Pico das Pedras in Santana and takes about 1 hour and 50 minutes of leisurely walking. During the hike you can admire Madeira's endemic flora and fauna.
