Algar Seco

Algar Seco is a fascinating natural wonder on Portugal's Algarve coast. Spectacular rock formations, carved by the sea and rain, create a magical maze of tunnels, caves and natural windows overlooking the Atlantic.

The most famous cave, called Boneca (Doll), is associated with the legend of Princess Alfanzina, whose tears from lost love were said to have carved these extraordinary formations. There is also an impressive blowhole nearby, where waves crashing against the cliffs create spectacular fountains of water.

Wooden piers lead through this rocky landscape, offering breathtaking views and perfect spots for unforgettable photos.
