Salto do Boi (UNESCO World Heritage) is a unique place in the Côa River Valley where you can admire prehistoric rock paintings from 25,000 - 17,000 years ago.

This remarkable site includes 10 rocks with engravings depicting animals that bear witness to the artistic expression of our ancestors.

The tour is guided by a guide who takes guests in 4x4 all-terrain vehicles to this remote site. During the 1.5-hour tour, you will learn about the fascinating history of the area and the significance of the paintings, which have survived for thousands of years.
