BAKEN bakery is where traditional baked goods meet modern breakfasts. Connoisseurs of good bread will appreciate the variety of baked goods, from the classic sourdough with poppy seeds to Berlin (90% rye, 10% wheat) and Grain with seed mix.

The restaurant also specializes in filling breakfasts - creamy scrambled eggs from happy hens served with kale fried in butter and garlic, avocado with chili and Malden salt, or heavenly plum pancakes in aromatic cardamom syrup.

Responsible for the culinary experience is chef Michal Toczyłowski together with talented baker Artem Artemev.
