Muzeum Historii Bieszczad w Czarnej Górnej

The Museum of Bieszczady History in Czarna Górna is a fascinating journey through the history of the region from the earliest times to the present.

The collection of more than 3,000 artifacts includes axes, bayonets, burnt bricks and communist-era plaques that once adorned local offices. Of particular interest are Orthodox church crosses, monstrances and memorabilia related to Operation Vistula and partisan fighting.

Visitors can purchase Bieszczady literature, maps and homemade preserves, as well as take part in handicraft workshops such as making beeswax candles and learning Jewish dances.
