Description
Pre-Islamic Petroglyphs are fascinating ancient cave drawings in Qadah that will take you back thousands of years.
Dating back as far as 5,000 years, these intriguing petroglyphs depict scenes of hunting, social life and symbols such as coins, jewelry, clothing, ships and irrigation systems.
They are located in three main areas: Wadi Khasab, Wadi Qada and Jabal Sham, where more than 30 drawings have been discovered in 15 different locations. Perfectly preserved, they offer a unique insight into the life of ancient civilizations and are a real treat for history and photography enthusiasts.
