Nykkjesøyfossen

Nykkjesøyfossen is a spectacular waterfall located in the picturesque Husedalen Valley in Hardangervidda National Park.

It falls from a height of about 60 meters, creating a breathtaking view that will delight any nature and photography lover. It is one of four impressive waterfalls on the trail, along with Tveitafossen, Nyastølfossen and Søtefossen.

The trail leading to the waterfall offers a unique walk through lush greenery, although it can be steep and slippery in places. The best time to visit is in spring and early summer, when the melting snow provides an abundant flow of water.
