Verkehrsmuseum Frankfurt am Main is a fascinating journey through the history of urban transportation. Over an area of 3,900 m², you'll discover 30 meticulously restored exhibits, including the first horse-drawn streetcar from 1872, a steam locomotive from 1900 and a trolleybus from 1963.

A unique attraction is the 'Kinder-Fahrschule', where children can feel like real streetcar drivers. The museum also displays historical network diagrams, tickets, signaling equipment and old uniforms.

Throughout the year, there are special events such as the Easter Express and Santa Claus' Christmas Express.
