St. Stephen's Church in Mainz is an architectural gem combining Romanesque and Gothic styles, dating back to 990.

The church's greatest treasure is the unique stained glass windows designed by Marc Chagall. The nine colorful windows, installed in 1978, depict biblical themes and were created as a symbol of Jewish-German reconciliation.

The church once held the relics of St. Anne's skull, and today a fragment of that relic can be admired in a 14th-century silver reliquary. It is a place where history, art and spirituality create an unforgettable experience.
