Ambräusianum

Ambräusianum is a unique brewery-restaurant in the heart of Bamberg, the first of its kind in the city, founded in 2004 by Ambros Mahr.

It's a place where brewing tradition meets modernity - the brewing vats are visible directly from the main bar, creating a unique atmosphere.
