Weingut Thomas Schwab

Weingut Thomas Schwab is a family-owned winery located in the picturesque Franconia region. The 12 hectares are mainly cultivated with white grape varieties such as Silvaner, Riesling and Pinot Blanc, but you will also find red varieties, including Pinot Noir.

The winery stands out for its organic approach to cultivation - it relies on biodiversity, hand harvesting and sustainable production methods. The wines are matured in steel tanks or wooden barrels, retaining the mineral character and fruity notes typical of the region.

The possibility of overnight stays on the farm and wine tastings are additional attractions for oenotourism enthusiasts.
