Wunderland Kalkar is an unusual amusement park built on the site of the unfinished SNR-300 nuclear power plant. The site offers numerous attractions, including roller coasters, cooling tower climbing walls and colorful playgrounds.
The complex has six hotels with modern rooms, four restaurants and eight bars. Particularly noteworthy is Kernie's Family Park, an area dedicated to the youngest with a nautical ball pool, carousels and pirate boats.
It's the perfect place for a family vacation, as well as for business events thanks to meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 640 people.
