Description
Wetter is a unique natural area in Sweden, also known as the High Coast. This unique geological wonder of nature rises by about 8 millimeters per year as a result of post-glacial land uplift - a phenomenon that has been ongoing since the last ice age.
The area was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000 for its dramatic landscape, including centuries-old fishing villages and an uncrowded archipelago.
It is a paradise for nature lovers, photographers and adventurers, offering stunning views while hiking, climbing, kayaking or skiing.
