Tianchi

Tianchi is a fabulous alpine lake located on the northern slope of Bogda Peak in China. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, glaciers and forests, it forms a breathtaking landscape at an altitude of 1,910 meters above sea level.

The place is shrouded in legends - according to ancient Chinese mythology, the Queen Mother of the West bathed in its waters. In the area you can admire 3000-year-old cave paintings and unique rock formations.
