Naturschutzgebiet Mindelsee is a unique nature reserve that has been in existence since 1938 and impresses with its rich biodiversity.

It is a paradise for birders and nature lovers, offering a home to 700 different species of flowering plants and 120 species of mosses and ferns.

While hiking or biking along the numerous trails, you can view unique bird species from the Mettnau-Turm observation platform, which provides a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding landscape.
