Description
Kala Kule Lake is one of the highest lakes on the Pamir Plateau, located at an altitude of 3,600 meters.
This magical place impresses with the changing colors of the water - from dark green to azure and blue, depending on the weather. The lake is surrounded by majestic snow-capped peaks, including Muztagh Ata (7546 meters) and Kongur Tagh (7649 meters), which are reflected in the surface of the water, creating breathtaking views.
In the area, you can meet local nomads living in yurts, and admire wild waterfowl. Horseback riding and hiking trails leading to glaciers await activity enthusiasts.
