Museum of the Battle

Museum of the Battle is a unique historical museum in Vittorio Veneto dedicated to the last battle of World War I on the Italian front. The exhibit displays a wealth of war artifacts, including helmets, gas masks, rifles and personal memorabilia of soldiers.

The museum has undergone a transformation from a celebration of victory to a comprehensive portrayal of the harsh conditions of life in the trenches, both for soldiers and civilians.

Particularly moving is the memorial hall dedicated to the heroes and the fallen, with a stele containing the names of Vittorio Veneto residents who lost their lives during the war.
